Hot spot connection error 0

Hello, recently got my hotspot on account [email protected] was working great for about ten minutes and then had connection error 0. Refresh my account??

    So, it randomly stoppes working. "Connection error 0" i hard reset, saw my apn settings dissapeared. Retyped those in and ALL is good!! Thank you forbyour time!!!

    Hello again! Please help! So, I got a new phone and had to make a new email to sign it up byod. Then did a phone swap to have new phone on old email account i always use. Old phone then went on new email i had to make up. I just downgraded my old phone's free trail plan on [email protected] and it charged me 20 dollars!!! (For a top up credit)??? Please please refund. This is my old phone and will ONLY be used as a wifi device at home! NOTE 4 only. (Theres a free hotspot on this account that ill downgrade soon)

    The $20 charge is a necessary fee made when the account is downgraded and is added to the account's credit balance in order to keep the device Active at all times. Removing the $20 will cause the account to become automatically supended and the only way it can be refunded is if it is canceled and even so, we couldn't guarantee that a refund would be made.     Hello, anything I need to do to port my number to sprint? It's been a week since we started my port at sprint store. Was wondering if there was a hold up somewhere on freedompops end that I need to take care of. Thank you!
