FIRST ISSUE:

I have no service. The error on top asks me to fill out this form.

Please find out what it is. 4 months left on PREPAID subscription.

Please enable subscription ASAP. Phone needed on daily basis.

SECOND ISSUE

Safety Mode PAID and ACTIVATED before end of last billing period. I saw 500MB data added two days later as BONUS but was inaccessible from day of activation. Still inaccessible today.

    Thanks for your reply. I have already been helped by someone else at FP. The 500 MB were added to the account and the account was reactivated.
