Zero minutes/texts/data on my account

A couple days ago I got a notification that my account was suspended because of a billing error. I checked and made sure my PayPal was connected correctly, and the notification seems to have gone away, but I still have 0 minutes/texts/data on my account and cannot make any calls or texts. How do I restore my account functionality?

    So it looks like after waiting about another day my service and my balances were restored.
