Can you unlock my Alcatel 9007T (IMEI 359414061341053) and Aquos 306SH (IMEI 990005273653437) as I would like to try use them?

    Please check out the requirements to release your device below.

    - At least six (6) months have passed since the device was registered with FreedomPop.
    - Your device hasn't been reported as lost or stolen.
    - Your device isn't associated with a fraudulent account.
    - Your device hasn't been included in a financial dispute.

    If you meet these requirements and would like to release your device, please contact us back with the email and phone number it was under to look into your request.

    After checking your account, you will need to cancel service for IMEI ending in xxxxx3437

    As the account holder, you will need to process this cancellation on your end. You can do so online through your account or you can simply do so by calling 1(800) 663-1791. Provided below is an article that can also assist with your request.
