How to reactivate my account which has been deactivated?

Hi,
I am not allowed to make any call, saying calls not allowed from this number please call 611. When I am logging into my account, it is saying the account has been deactivated. When I an reactivating, it is saying activation successful. But still I am not able to make any calls. Please advice.

    Due to a recent policy change, active phone numbers will be disconnected and accounts will go dormant on paid and free accounts that have no outbound calls in last 60 days (2 billing cycles) or accounts that have two failed payments.
