Account suspended due to a billing issue

Our phone service for our phone # ending in 2990 was suspended "due to a billing issue". The credit card on file works fine, but to fix the problem I switched to paying via PayPal and saw a test charge of $0.01 go on the card yesterday. We still get the billing issue error. What else can we do?

    Hi! We were able to manually reactivate the account. Please Go to Menu on the FP messaging app and scroll down until you find the option that reads "Sync Account" if you have an Android or log out and back in the app if you have an iOS device.
