I tried to cancel my order, but it keeps pop up the message that cancellation unsuccessful, please contact me to get the order information, because there is no order number I can provide.

    Thanks for confirming. To be able to cancel the account, keep in mind you need to process cancellation, preferably from an incognito or private window on your PC. You can do so online through your account or you can simply do so by calling 1(800) 663-1791. Provided below is an article that can also assist with your request.

    I tried two different computers by using regular and incognito browser, but still received the same message, please cancel the order and refund. Thank you.

    It seems the Netgear device you ordered is back ordered and we are attempting to ship it as soon as possible. Are you positive you want to go through with canceling the order?

    We are sad to see you go but respect your decision.
    The order for has been canceled and a refund for $35.98 has been made. You should be able to see these funds back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
