Hello,

My account seems to have been suspended. There is an alert on my FreedomPop account page that says it is due to a billing issue. I followed the link, but my card was not expired. I did try changing to PayPal, but the alert message is still there. Do I just need to give it time to clear up, or is there more I need to do?
