Account suspended due to billing issue

Today I log into my account (ending 8088) and saw this message:

"Alert: Account suspended due to billing issue. Click here to update your credit card or change payment method."

I don't know why I am getting this as my billing method hasn't changed. Anyway I follow the instructions to update the billing method anyways and received confirmation says update was successful, but I am still seeing the message in my account.

Please help. Thanks.
