    Our team will gladly help you with this. Please provide us with both SIM cards' ICCID numbers so we can take a closer look at them and be sure to include the last four digits of the phone numbers you want to be swapped so we can assist you right away.

    I lost the SIM card for phone # 2636. As advised I ordered a new SIM card. New SIM #89011704278147924270. Can you transfer my 2636 account (number, plan, and everything else) to the new SIM card? And cancel whatever number is attached to this new SIM right now. Thank you. I do not have the number of the old SIM because I lost it.

    This account has two Dormant devices in it. The first one if the LTE SIM card with ICCID 89011704278147924270, however, this device shows to have become Dormant sometime ago.

    The second is a Galaxy Tab 3, that had phone number 2636 assocaited with it but because of a lack of use it became dormant and lost the phone number.

    Can you please confirm the new SIm card's order number? It should be in the email sent after the purchase was made.

    I want to have the account I had with Galaxy Tab 3 and phone number ending with 2636 transferred to that SIM card.

    Before we move forward with this, please know that we can only transfer phone numbers, credit balances and data from one account to the other although they all have different procedures for doing so. We cannot transfer an account's plan to another account.

    Also, since these are different devices, we cannot perform a device swap since the GSM LTE SIM cannot be activated in the Galaxy Tab's CDMA account.

    Should you have another CDMA compatible device, we'd be able to replace the current device and have the account working right away. A SIM card is GSM which makes it incompatible with this account.

    We can also move the account's phone number to any other account even if it's GSM as well as any available credit it may have.

    We have successfully reactivated the device. Please place the SIM card in a phone and let us know if you are able to use the services properly.
