I thought I had already canceled service but was charged a fee. I cancelled the account and would like a refund. How do I initiate that request?

    Could you please try [email protected]? That’s the account I used to set it up. I can also send you a copy of the charge.

    We'd appreciate it if you could please provide us with the following information so we're able to locate the account in question:

    -First and last four digits of the card that was charged
    -Amount
    -Date
    -First and last name on the card
