Can not activate Galaxy S3 released from Sprint

BYOD page tells me "SNAP" error message

    Your device is ready for activation, however it will not work the FreedomPop network because it appears as it is a prepaid only device. You could try to activate on a different MVNO or wait a little bit until GSM happens (May or may not happen) and you can use a SIM in that phone.

    There is difference between Spring Galaxy S3? Some of them are prepaid and some of the are not? Can this be changed on Sprint or who exactly locks phone to be prepaid or not?

    Freedompop probably need to remove then Galaxy S3 from list of BYOD devices since apparently not Galaxy S3s are equal or at least let people know which specific Galaxy S3 implementations can be brought over. This was waste of money from me so far becouse of this information lacking.
