Request a device swap in existing active account between Samsung Galaxy S5 and LG G3. Please help.

    Our team will gladly help you with this issue. Please provide us with both devices' MEID (MAC or DEC) numbers as well as the last four digits of their phone numbers so we can take a closer look at them.

    The Samsung Galaxy S5 under the account [email protected] with Tel# 321-345-2411 broke at the charging port and is no longer chargeable so we purchased the LG G3 to replace it.

    Please swap out the Samsung Galaxy S5 phone MEID: 99000447762991 ICCID 89011200000518026553 with the new LG G3 phone purchased from the FreedomPop shop MEID: 35259606184328 iCCID: 89011200000521202027.

    Please retain the free Premium 500 plan under [email protected] and setup the LG G3 phone to keep the existing phone number Tel# 321-345-2411 as this has already been given out to several family members, friends, doctors and co-workers.

    After the switch please cancel the Premium 2GB plan under the LG G3 phone and refund any fees charged to activate that phone back to the Discover Card.

    Please let us know when the switch is completed by emailing both [email protected] and [email protected]

    We will gladly swap the devices between the accounts but before we do so, we would like to clarify that the $20 charge made to the LG device cannot be refunded as FreedomPop policy indicates that credit balance can only be transferred from one account to another but not refunded. Would you like us to move this credit to the account where the LG will be going to or to another account?

    Can you confirm that you want the credit moved from 8847 to 2411?

    In order to remove credit from an account, it must first be canceled. Please click here to find the steps to do so and we'll make transfer right away.

    Hi Carlos, we do not wish to cancel any account as we are going to take the broken Samsung Galaxy S5 to a repair shop to try to get the charging port fixed. Can we leave the $20 credit where it is and just switch the phone numbers between the Samsung S5 and the LG G3? Thanks again for all your help!

    We have successfully swapped the phone numbers between the accounts requested. Please turn both devices off and back on and let us know if you are able to see the changes.
