Not able to Submit a ticket / Not able to use my GSM SIM frustrated

I just got my new GSM Sim . My phone does NOT work without WI FI . I did everything correct(Activation / APN/Apps etc) . Data is working fine but Phone is NOT working without Wi-Fi.

Moreover On web site I am not able to submit a ticket , it throws me out evenif I gave correct id / pwd ! Not able to get help by any way !

    @MarcelaS Thanks for help ! I just got reply on Facebook which I already tried but it's still no working without WiFi. I also can NOT login with phone number on Website
