activate new sim card

I bought a new sim card from freedompop online. when tried to activate it, none of the two Android phones I bought from freedompop a couple of years ago allows to add APN. On motorola phone, Access Point Names was disabled. On Huawei, it said "Access Point Names settings are not available for this user"

    I bought both phones from Freedompop. Now they bot do not work for SIM card from Freedompop.

    I'm having trouble with activation of a LTE SIM gotten from Target. Failed both times, yet my credit card got charged $1 each time?! Anyway, got it for a MiFi2 where I ordered and FP had sent me a LTE upgrade SIM, which does not connect. CS claims the MiFi2 is still associated with my old foggmobile SIM, but clearly the the upgrade option is gone (because I ordered and activated the LTE SIM FP sent, making the upgrade options disappear). CS said they would look into getting it working but it has been 9 months with no action/progress so I decided to get another SIM on my own. Please activate this on my existing MiFi 2 account.
