Device swap please

Hello.
Regarding FreedomPop phone # (516) 926-0393/ [email protected]
I have changed my device from:
3554486060200922 Motorola X1575
To:
013203001034276 iPhone 4s GSM unlocked, bought used with no known phone #.
SIM has been transferred to the new phone.
I called in to FP Supporting and they said the IMEI for the iPhone should be okay to use.

    Our team will gladly help you. From our understanding you simply swapped your FreedomPop LET SIM card from the Motorola Device to an iPhone. Are you able to use your services properly? What issues are you having with your device?

    As of this morning I had no text or calling available on the new phone. The SIM is recognized but that's it.

    Device is functioning completely now.
    Combination of reboot, re-running the app and APN setup and time elapsed to register the phone on the network all had their influence.
