We have confirmed your new LG G5 is not active on FreedomPop yet. If you're looking to replace your old LG Tribute with the LG G5, it'll be necessary that you activate this new device as BYOD first.     Once the new device is active, we'll be able to perform a device swap and we'll be able to assign the new device to your existing account. When it comes to the SIM card, we'd strongly recommend you to confirm your current SIM card model is compatible with the new device. If the SIM card is not compatible, the activation will be unsuccessful.     You may activate your new device under one of your existing accounts. Please note, there's a limit of 5 devices per account. Upon activation, a brand new sub-account will be created, which is where the new device will be assigned to. Once your new phone has been successfully activated, we'll be able to perform the device swap.
