Hotspot no shipment and trial already started

Bought a hotspot (order# 134703779) on 02/27/2019, no shipment has been made yet. I log in and see the trial period has already started?

    Still no shipment after one month. I am going to report to my credit card company if there is still no update.

    Please accept our apologies for the delay on your order. Our shipping center is working in order to fulfill all pending orders. Rest assured the free trial will not be activated until right after the order ships.

    Once the item has shipped, you will be sent a notification email automatically, it will include the tracking number.
