Sim Not activated

Hi,
I activated the SIM with following information:
email: [email protected]
Phone# : 7326582551
ICCID: 89011704278235854553
But the FreedomPop App says that "Contact customer support for activation"

    We have used the information provided to locate your account. We have found this SIM card is actually under an email address ending in outlook.com. Also, we see the phone number ends in 3776.

    In order to have our app recognize your SIM is already active, you may log in using either the email address or phone number we have provided in this response.

    Please refer to this thread where I had lost my sim and new SIM was activated..so new account was created with outlook address, and eventually moved to my original hotmail.com account.

    Thank you. Upon review of the thread, we have seen that only the phone number was swapped and then it was swapped back. We have gone ahead and re-assigned the new SIM card ending in 4553 and now it is active under [email protected] email address. Please try logging in again using the hotmail.com email address.

    SIM card ending in 4553 is active under [email protected] account. Thank you very much.
    Now I need to delete the [email protected] email. I cannot see the "Settings" as it shows my order is Placed.
