Upon review, the account associated with email address [email protected] is currently inactive, before we move forward with your request we'd like to confirm if you wish to keep this account deactivated after the swap or if you would prefer for both accounts to remain active.

    I am not sure why its inactive, although as of now I am not using that account. Once phone swap is done, can u please let me know why it got inactive?

    In order to confirm both devices, we'd like to take a closer look at them. Please confirm their MEID/MAC/DEC/ICCID numbers so we can take a closer look at them.

    The swap has been processed but before we can finalize it we would like to know the last four digits of the phone number that will remain Active in the account.

    Yes when I start the phone after resetting, it fails to activate.......Hands Free Activation fails and goes to waiting for retry..and the phone keeps trying.
    It also says - "Activation Step Required, Contact customer support to activate". customer service.
    MEID ends in 0305 and ICCID ends in 8294

    We apologize for the delayed response. After checking the account with email [email protected], we verified that the device in it has MEID 089451725601610564 and ICCID 89011202000044968425. Is this the device you are referring to?

    The device with MEID 359394067703052 and ICCID 89011201000216718924 stayed in the account which was canceled.
