Activation Step Required on a SIM that's already activated

AlyssaSAlyssaS Posts: 10FreedomPop Newbie
Hello, Please whatever you do ... do NOT transfer this to Marcela as this person is very unhelpful and clearly does not want to help me in any way.

Now, I bought a SIM card through freedom pop and a LG G6 GSM Unlocked phone. I went through all the steps ... and through the android troubleshooting guide.

When I go to click on the FreedomPop Messaging App, it says activation required. Then it takes me to a website where I enter the SIM number and e-mail ... then the error message pops up saying it is already activated.

Can someone please help me.

last 4 digits of the phone number is 5665
and the sim card # is 89011704278202966653

OK, yes there seems to be some issue with the different SIM cards then. The SIM card in my phone is ICCID 89011704278202966653. BUT when I enter that info to activate it ... your website tells me it's already activated.

ICCID 89011704278202966653 is the ONLY SIM card I have. So, I am not sure why there is another one attached to the account. ??? is THIS why I keep getting charge?? there's two sim cards? Please get rid of the (ICCID) 89011704278202944734 as I DO NOT have this SIM card.

So, how do we get the SIM card I actually have (ICCID 89011704278202966653) activated?

    Hi,

After going over your account we verified that the SIM ending in 44734 was the one active in it and the SIM ending in 66653 was not associated with an account. We have removed the SIM you didn't receive with the one you do have and have reactivated services on it. Please place the SIM with ICCID 66653 and try to use your services now.
