My SuperNova stopped working

My SuperNova stopped working. It says "Signal strength: excellent" but it does not connect to the internet. I tried "http://192.168.1.1/index.asp" but it says "not connect to the internet".
TIA

I left this weeks ago. It never got posted.
Now I can get to "http://192.168.1.1/index.asp" but I still can't access the internet. I try to update the PRL, it says checking for update for 8 minutes and then says "Failed error(4)"

We apologize for the delayed response. We're sorry to learn you have continued experiencing problems with your device. Our suggestion, in this case, would be for you to perform a factory reset on your device. You may find instructions on the user's guide, on page 6.

Once the factory reset has been completed, please attempt to update the PRL once more.
