Swap out sim card with existing FP account and BYOD

Hi, I would like to try swapping out with a fresh new sim card, due to voice mail stopped working and now calls are not working at random and no notification of missed calls, but usage call logs at the FP account online is showing ok. Tried everything in FP diagnostics and troubleshooting for several weeks to no avail. What's the easiest way to swap?
