    Hi,

    After reviewing your accounts, we verified that the one in email "kmcombs" is a phone and the one in the second account is an LTE SIM card and when it comes to swapping devices a CDMA phone cannot be swapped with an LTE SIM card as the accounts are not compatible with the other device. A phone can only be swapped with another CDMA device and an LTE SIM card can only be sapped with another LTE SIM.

    We can, however, swap the phone numbers between the accounts if you don't want to lose the old device's number.
