2. It's "overview" Web page shows the message "Our Global SIM is being discontinued due to performance issues. Please click here to switch to our improved LTE network." When I tap where indicated, I then see a page showing only a back button.

    Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. The MiFi 2 hotspot used to work with the Global SIM card. Our Global SIM cards were able to connect in more than 25 countries around the world. However, they've been discontinued and replaced by the LTE SIM cards, as we have transitioned from our previous 3G network provider to a top nationwide GSM network provider. Since Global SIM cards are no longer supported, it is not possible to use your MiFi device outside of the U.S.

    Should you wish to continue using your device, it'll be necessary that you upgrade to the LTE SIM card. Please provide us with the MEID and ICCID associated with the device in question along with a screenshot of what you see on your end when you try to upgrade your SIM card.
