Replace my Kyocera with my device Note4

Hi,
I need help to switch devices. I installed the Freedom Pop app on the Note 4 and is working over WiFi. I removed the sim from the Kyocera and inserted into the Note 4, it was not recognized. Let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Our team will gladly help you with this issue. Please provide us with both devices' MEID (MAC or DEC) numbers so we can take a closer look at them and be sure to include the SIM card's ICCID numbers as well.
