I bought a SIM card with 1GB for 12 months plan and got only Basic 200MB Plan instead

A few months ago I bough a FreedomPop SIM card with the 1GB data plan for 12 months (LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle & 12 Month Plan). After I activated it it shows I got only 200MB Free plan. Could you please make a change in your system so I have the correct plan 1GB plan for 12 months. I opened a ticket #190306-001234 for this issue but heard no response for several months.

    Thank you for your help. I was able to activate my SIM card with the correct plan. I see the correct Preloaded Annual 1GB plan displayed now and got 1GB of data. I like my new phone number that was assigned during activation so I do not need you to transfer my old number. I now consider this case resolved.

    I purchased a 5gb 12 month plan card. Activate it and it says I have 200 basic plan. So I tried to change to the 4gb plan. But it charged me another $40. I would like all extra charges refunded. And my sim moved to the correct plan. 89011704278235895085

    Thank you for your help. I was able to activate my SIM card with the correct plan. I see the correct Preloaded Annual 1GB plan displayed now and got 1GB of data.
