Charged for downgrade failure(s)

I tried to downgrade to free plan and the window says 'downgrade failure/unsuccessful' but my credit card was charged (still pending) for each unsuccessful attempt (I tried 3 times, 2 times unsuccessfully). There's only $20 credit on my FreedomPop account.
Will the charges drop or will I need to get a refund from FreedomPop?
