I have broken phone and need to swap ASAP!

It's been broken for almost past month and I can't use the phone. Bought new phone and need to swap account to new phone. Do i just switch the sim card or do i need to register the new device?

I bought 2 new phones for each of the accounts because both are now unusable. Please have them activated by today so that I can set them up on the new phones and they can take it with them on their vacation.

In order to swap old devices with new ones, it's necessary for all of the devices involved to be Active on FreedomPop's system and after checking both new devices, we confirmed that neither is Active which means that they still need to go through our activation process.

    Please activate your devices so we can move forward with swapping them in your accounts.

    We apologize for the delay. After taking another look at both devices we confirmed that they have not been taken through the BYOD activation yet which is why they cannot be placed into a FreedomPop account and swapped with the old device is in your account.
