New 12 month prepaid service, not able to call getting error code: 502
I have just activated a 12 month prepaid sim card. When I tap the sync (half circle at the right top), I am getting an error "Please re-sync account data or log out and back in" code: 502. I have tried many times logging out. Also, when I open the app, I do not see the number keyboard and call setting option is disabled. Can you please help?
