Moto E5 Play

I see on the Motorolla website that this
"Device is compatible with service provider’s network but some service provider specific features may not be available."
Here is the source of that info
https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility
note that the list is horizontal (with a long scroll bar) so it's easiest to search for E5 on that page.
Can anyone translate the second part of that phrase. What special features might be affected?

@Netherprovinc3 - We are comparing the networks and their carriers. For instance AT&T offers a 'built-in' app called WiFi calling. The other networks & their carriers do not have this. Actually the other MVNOs on AT&T do not have it either, only AT&T. Similar special extras for Verizon, T-Mobile, or Sprint. For FreedomPop, those extras are never supported because they are not the "Main" carrier, they are one of the MVNOs (mullti-vendor Network Operator)

When you by a Moto E5 without ties to one specific carrier then there are NO special features installed. (or supported) I would imagine that if you DID have direct service with AT&T that they might provide a way to download and install the additional features.
