Greetings and hope you had a delightful weekend! I have two (2) SIM cards that I never activated and I want to use them for the two (2) devices on my account.

I understand I will lose the unused rollover data I currently have and that is fine. I would like to keep the same mobile numbers.

    Hello, @czc. Our support team will gladly assist you to resolve this issue. Please provide the ICCID numbers for the new SIM cards as well as the ICCID numbers of the SIM card you wish to replace (including the last four digits of each phone number) and we will gladly take a closer look at your request.
