I was charged 20 dollar and 6 dollar for no reason!

Hello FreedomPop,
I canceled my account after I started seeing unnecessary charges in my account. Charges pop up even before the sim card was ready for delivery, which I didn't feel good about it. I canceled my order before the sim card was ready for delivery. I would like a refund on those, please. My email is [email protected] if that is needed.
