Swap phones please

Bought a new BYOD phone for an existing account. New phone works fine and old/original phone number was assigned to new phone using Freeedompop sim app from Google Play, but my account still lists the old phone. Would like it changed to the new phone. Old phone = Sharp Aquos, MEID=256691536701507401 (broken). New phone = Moto G5 Play, MEID= 99000544248430. Thanks.

    Hello, @David B. Our support team will gladly assist you to resolve this issue. After reviewing your account we were able to confirm that the device with the MEID number 256691536701507401 is currently active, however, the device with the MEID number 99000544248430 is not active under the FreedomPop system and for that reason, it is not possible to swap devices yet.

    In order to activate your new device under the FreedomPop system, it'd b necessary to do so with our BYOD program, please click here for more information.
