Can't activate my phone

I recently had problems connecting to the network. I was told to reset my phone to factory default and enter my MLS number. I did and it worked...for a week or so. I just tried doing it again and I can't get it to activate at all. Why can't I connect to the 3G or 4G networks???

  • @Brandi Washburn‌ Sorry to hear that, Brandi. I have looked in to your account, and it looks like some unsynced information caused the system to suspend your account. I have since reactivated your phone and synced your account, and it looks like everything is now in working order. Please let me know if you are still unable to use your phone, thanks!
