Request for a refund of a $20 top-up charge to my account

Dear Sir / Madam,

I noticed my account was charged a top-up of $20 on July 6th because my data usage exceeded the specified limit. Only at that time did I realize I haven't manually reactivated the expired credits in my account. I had thought those expired credits would be reactivated automatically when I used up the available data but it looks it is not how you manage them. Since this is the first time I forgetting to reactivate my expired credits causes the $20 top-up to occur, can you please offer me an exception and have this $20 refunded to me?

Thank you in advance for your support.
