Activation problem

I’ve got an account already but my cdma phone broke. Freedom Pop told me i could purchase any unlocked GSM along with a new SIM card. I did that and tried to activate the new phone. It isn’t activating and when I go into “My Freedom Pop” it’s only showing the old CDMA account along with the second account I have which is another GSM phone. I can’t seem to get any help via email but would certainly like to activate this new phone to replace the CDMA phone. I don’t care whether I’m issued a new # or transfer the CDMA’s #.
. Anyone have any ideas?
