I have hotspots. FP says my phone moved to Ting. Ting only offering phone plans.

I have three accounts with hotspots. I received the emails to save my number in the move to Ting.
Ting is only offering phone plans.
When I tried to design my BYOD plan, Ting identified hotspot as FP, and forced me to the page with the two phone plans.
This transition is not working.
Please help.

    Interesting! My case is completely opposite. I had two hotspots and one cell phone on my account. I just got two hotspots transferred over to Ting, but not the cell phone. Ting told me that they just got the hotspot stuff from FP. Ting don't take cell phone. I don't know what is going on.

    I also have two hotspots from FP. Ting says my telephone number has been migrated, but I don't have a telephone. So far FP customer service has replied to my requests for help with boiler plate answers. I am currently waiting on an answer from Ting. I have no emails from FP relating to these changes, so I am completely in the dark.
