Transfer number from old device to LTE SIM Kit

I currently have an account that will soon be migrated to Ting. However, I want to use that number with an existing LTE SIM Kit account.

Can I get help with migrating my phone number to the new account?

    I just tried to port already transferred to Ting number back to LTE SIM Kit and got an error. Seems like transfer is currently broken and no support is responding.
