Can't find my device ID

I'm trying to get my FreedomPop SuperNova mobile hotspot WiFi device working again (and I don't remember the password anyway), but when I log into my account, it says "Action RequiredThis account no longer works with FreedomPop. Ting has an exclusive deal to save your number. More info in your email or ting.com/freedompop".

When I click the link, I then click the button "Choose your move", which takes me to a page to confirm my FreedomPop account with my email and the device ID, but I can't find the device ID anywhere in my account or on the device itself or in any emails I've received from FreedomPop.

What am I supposed to do?
