302 status error even from beginning of the bill renew day.

302 error happened at first of the bill day at Jul-13th, , so it not reach the maximum data usage, who can help me? it blocked me 17 days. no one help me till now. And even i want to submit the tickets but i can't login even if i reset the parameter, so bad website and customer service.
my phone number is last four digits is 1290, email is [email protected]
now Aug-13 is my bill start day , the issue is still there. who can help me?
