How to migrate existing/active CDMA number to replace existing/active GSM number

I have an active CDMA Freedompop phone number (6616158086, IMEI 99000212758156) that I want to move over (port?) and use in place of my existing GSM Freedompop phone number (8055007515, IMEI 353091054612587). I won't need a new CDMA number, so that account can be closed after completing the transfer. Can you provide me the details necessary to complete this request and whether there is any cost?
