Need help to refresh/reactivate FreedomPop Service after Code 302 "FreedomPop Service is inactive

Hello,

I have two iPhones both with FreedomPop Message : Code 302 "Your FreedomPop Service is inactive due to unforeseen technical issue" last week when data usage suddenly spike and use up all data when both phones were not being used. Now both phones start a fresh data cycle, but with code 302 and the phones are still inactive.

PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO REFRESH/REACTIVATE BOTH PHONES. I was able to submit a ticket recently to refresh / reactivate FreedomPop service. But now I could not submit a ticket any more unless the account is subscribed to the FreedomPop Premium VIP Service
