Overcharging data

My account is getting charged 2mbs every 4 hours regardless of the actual usage. For example I reset my hotspot at the begining of my billing cycle and at the end of the month it said I used 180mbs, however I was charged for close to 380mbs. This started happening a few months ago. Please fix this.

    Kill the FP app. It did the same to me, and cost me a $20 top-off charge.
