How do I downgrade my service?

I have the Freedom Hub Burst (4G) (Clear Wire) service but since about 1+ mos., I’ve lived with very lousy connection due to a service outage at the nearest Clear base station. And there is no commitment from Clear when the infrastructure device will be fixed, so I’m sorry to say that I have to downgrade my service to the FREE level at this time. I tried doing this thru the link a the website but received an error message and was asked to contact customer support which I assume this is since, I didn’t find anywhere else on the site linking to customer support.

So, whomever in customer support reads this, please downgrade my account.
