    Hello Thai Khuu,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to take a closer look into this for you.

We're able to confirm you the previous owners of FreedomPop and Unreal Mobile agreed to transfer their Sprint partnership and users to Ting.
Upon checking your account, we confirmed your
-Samsung Galaxy S3, phone number ending in 7377
-Samsung Galaxy S4, phone number ending in 4002
-Samsung Smartphone, MEID phone number ending in 4863
have been affected by the migration to Ting. Due to this, your devices will no longer work with FreedomPop.

Should you still be interested in staying with FreedomPop, we're glad to announce that our partners at Red Pocket are now allowing former Sprint devices to be eligible for activation by visiting: redpocket.com/fp

On this other link, you may find detailed steps on how to request the release of your devices: https://support.freedompop.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3699/kw/ting

    Hi Thai Khuu!

We understand you may still be able to log into your account and see phone number ending in 4002. However, it will no longer work with FreedomPop as the previous owners of FreedomPop and UNREAL Mobile have agreed to transfer their Sprint partnership and users to Ting.
If you'd like to eliminate the phone number from your accounts display you may attempt to cancel the account following the steps provided here: https://support.freedompop.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2634/kw/cancel
When you log into your account you'd be able to see the following banner: This account no longer works with FreedomPop. Ting has an exclusive deal to save your number. More info in your email or ting.com/freedompop
Since you're currently subscribed with a TING account, and we don't have access to any info about them. We recommend you reach out to them for assistance if needed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Should there be anything else we may assist you with, please feel free to reply to this message and we'll be happy to help you.
