no internet

my 4082 has gps but internet ????? I have reset it 3 or 4 times


  • @springe‌ Sorry about that! Your account was suspended, but I have refreshed it for you so you should be able to use it now. If your account suspends on its own again (and you still have data), please try reseting it. Here's how to do this: Remove the cover on your device to expose the battery. To the left of the USB port (used for charging your device), you will see a pin size button and the word reset. Use a pin or paperclip to hold this button down for approximately 5 seconds and release. Your device will turn off and restart it self.
