RMA code

I recently tried to exchange my galaxy s4 as it had problems with the headphone jack, and the person I talked to on the phone said that they would send a RMA code and instructions on what to do next within three days. It has now been almost a week and I haven't heard anything. Can someone help me exchange my device?
