Hub Burst Setup Issue: 4G Flashing

Hello all!

I just received my Hub Burst in the mail today and am trying to set it up but am running into an issue. I never get a solid 4G light. My device will cycle through the signal lights and then stop with the wifi light lit and signal bars but the 4G light flashing. I've tried connecting to the internet and my Mac sees the hub but I'm getting no internet access, presumably because my hub is not connecting. I have gone through all the troubleshoots suggested on the pamphlet: on/off, moving it around, Ethernet, etc. Nada. I'm on hold with tech support but it's been 30 mins and I'd really just like some answers or suggestions if anyone has them. I went through Freedompop for everything and they approved my location for coverage. Any idea what's going wrong? Thanks!
