Deactivate device and account? Emailed support last Wednesday and no reply

Hi Guys,

I'm attempting to deactivate my device and account so my cousin can use the router. I tried emailing support last Wednesday and I haven't heard back from them. Is there a way to call in or have someone assist me? I do not want to give him my account since it has my account history.
